Stephanie Dallas

Stephanie is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and has been working in Functional Medicine since 2015. Her passion for nutrition and holistic health led her to pursue her health coach training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods.

Having experienced chronic health issues of her own, and feeling failed by Western Medicine is what led Stephanie on her journey into the world of holistic health. By getting to the root causes of her issues, improving her diet, and implementing lifestyle changes, she was able to put her symptoms into remission, and has had the privilege of helping guide many others to do the same. Her areas of expertise include autoimmune diseases, gut health, and holistic mental health care.

Stephanie's intention is to help empower her clients through education, compassionate support, and guidance so that they can live their healthiest and happiest lives possible.
