As the Elite Practice Manager of Naples Vitality, Kashima is known as a highly effective and inspirational leader. She oversees all aspects of the practice, including practice member care.

She is responsible for accreditation, regulatory compliance, and team training. Kashima’s 13 years of professional experience include roles as a Certified Medical Assistant, Surgical Tech, and Practice Manager. Kashima’s kind persona is what truly makes the Naples Vitality atmosphere such a unique and welcoming environment.

Kashima has overcome many of her own health challenges with the help of her husband, Dr. Linell King, many years ago. Her passion is to help others do the same. As a mother of four, it’s no surprise Kashima is known for her interpersonal skills that contribute to each practice member’s success.

Her philanthropic efforts and love for humanity are what make Kashima stand out as a well-respected member of the community. She has a special interest in creating a health education platform for youth, to continue the legacy of a healthier future for our nation.
